Hi Folks,
I’ve designed a web application called Properte, built specifically for property management companies. The platform allows managers to efficiently track and manage maintenance requests from tenants—covering everything from electrical issues to plumbing repairs. One of the standout features of Properte is its built-in AI assistant, which helps categorize requests, suggest solutions, and prioritize urgent issues automatically, saving valuable time.
Right now, I’m sharing the 'Add Property' screen, where users can quickly add and organize new apartment listings to the system. Let’s take a look!
