Optimization of Google Ads Campaign for eCommerce

In a recent project, I collaborated with an eCommerce client who was struggling to achieve effective results from their Performance Max campaign on Google Ads. Their account was disorganized, negatively impacting their ROAS and conversion rate.

After a thorough analysis and a complete campaign overhaul, we achieved a significant increase in their ROAS, to an impressive 750%. Additionally, we experienced a substantial rise in the number of conversions, totaling 852 conversions in just 26 days. We also improved the CTR to 4.05%.
