I was contracted for the United States Government to lead their Knowledge Base Project. They wanted a way for their federal and contracted workers to track certain processes, in order to create a unified front for users/agents outside of the agency.

Using Microsoft Sharepoint as the centralized hub, I created and implemented a process for team managers to both create and maintain all knowledge documentation necessary for use by the entire branch of government.

I designed a document template, an automated version control, and outlined the process for review approval to occur each year at a time easiest for each team manager. When the first cycle was finished, I trained a federal member of the USDA on how to manage and maintain the centralized hub, and all documents listed (upwards of 4000) then and in the future.

The program had an expected user number of 5000, but the actual number is currently around 20,000 and the program and processes I created and implemented are still in place today.
