Senior management and C-Suite recruitment specialists Blackwood Group required a revamped internal application for their recruiters and other staff. Years of ad-hoc additions had left their application bloated and outdated.
Working with the Skyward Digital team, I entirely redesigned the user experience. Splitting the app into pillars to streamline the user experience.
I created a modernised UI from these user flows with ease of use and content hierarchy as the primary goals.
I worked with David on a project for almost 2 years, requiring a re-imagining of a legacy internal application to turn it into a brand new UI/UX experience. David would think about the issues and come up with various designs, flows and live demos we could step through. This turned into a great design and logical theming of a very large application.
