Case Study 4 Law Firm - UX/UI Design + Branding + UX Research

The Alex Justice Law Firm app is designed to assist large-scale law firms by streamlining the processes for attorneys, clients, and potential clients. This app enables users to initiate cases, communicate effectively, and track filed cases and payments. This project was a 4-week UX/UI case study aimed at understanding user interactions and struggles globally. By identifying common challenges faced by people seeking legal assistance, we aimed to create a solution that addresses these issues through intuitive app design. The app offers a streamlined approach to finding and working with great lawyers, presenting a design solution that is compared to existing practices in different law firms worldwide. This study encourages law firms to adopt more user-friendly app designs, enhancing their overall service delivery.
