Objective:
Craft highly personalized outreach messages for new leads by analyzing their website content, enabling warm and context-aware first contact at scale.
Tools Used:
Make, Notion, HTTP (HTML Scraper), OpenAI
NB: Other alternative CRMs and tools can be used to achieve a similar outcome.
Overview:
When a new lead is added to Notion, the automation scrapes their company website, converts the HTML into clean text, and sends it to OpenAI to generate a tailored outreach message or pitch based on the website’s content.
The result is stored back in Notion with an updated lead status.
Outcome:
Effectively replaces generic cold emails with warm, relevant outreach
Improves open and reply rates by delivering personalized context
Saves time by automating personalized message generation for every lead instantly at scale
