I led the Experience Design practice at Loft Design, shaping the agency’s strategy and driving client acquisition efforts. As Experience Design Director, I provided creative direction, led content strategy workshops, and applied UX expertise across both internal and client-facing projects. In addition to client work, I spearheaded the redesign of the Loft marketing website, ensuring alignment with Loft’s brand vision and business objectives.
