Faced with waning influence in the public policy arena, The Pew Charitable Trusts needed to reinvent how it published its research and interacted with policymakers, the public, and the media. To achieve its policy goals, Pew needed to build its own technical aptitude and leverage technology to create more interactive experiences for its constituents
