When you first open the app, you'll see a simple text box asking about your fitness goals. Just type naturally—like you're texting a friend:

"I want to build muscle but only have 30 minutes per session"
No dropdown menus, no complicated forms—just describe what you want.

2. Watch Your Plan Appear ✨

Within seconds, your AI coach analyzes everything you said and creates a complete weekly workout plan tailored specifically to you. You'll see:
Each day of your week laid out in beautiful cards
Color-coded workout types (strength, cardio, rest days, etc.)
Every exercise with sets, reps, and helpful tips
Smart icons next to exercises showing what type of movement it is
A personal message from your coach explaining the plan

3. Refine It Through Conversation 💬

Here's where it gets really cool: there's a chat window on the side where you can keep talking to your coach. Want to make changes? Just ask:
"Can I swap burpees for something easier on my knees?"
"Make Thursday a lighter day, I'm usually tired then"
"Add more core exercises"
"I don't understand how to do this exercise"
Your coach responds like a real person—friendly, encouraging, and helpful. The plan updates instantly based on your feedback.
