Local Nightclub (Case Study):
An owner of a Local Nightclub wanted a softer, more innovative approach to practicing inclusion. After careful consideration he decided he wanted to explore the inclusion of diverse businesses.
Introduction:
In our conversation about meeting via Zoom, the Nightclub Promoter came off a bit agitated (due to his workload). In that moment, it occurred to me that he wanted to be able to oversee & micromanage fewer people. Which entailed he was focused on collaborating with more reliable Leaders.
Hypothesis:
In less than an hour, we came up with the idea of his nightclub sponsoring other local businesses that are having difficulties starting up.Our team came up with a number of different ways that these businesses could receive paid internships.
Deliverables:
During our two-month business relationship, I hosted a VIP table where we networked and I volunteered to take on two business owners' strategies. The two individuals & I exchanged information and set up three 20-minute business consultations. Each Business consultation was user-friendly since, I used an interface that let them create their own schedules. This interface allowed them to gather: Zoom information & Calendar Dates (effortlessly).
Through our zoom calls, we were able to elaborate on their business and develop an amazing business plan.

Outcomes:
Both Business owners were able to:
*Ask Compelling Question
*Critically Inquiry about the purpose of their service
*Figure out how their brands are unique amongst their Choosen Demographics
*And Many More....
I am still their Marketing Consultant as of 2023 and I still have a lasting Business Relationship with the Nightclub owner that made the connection.
