ICC Wedding Photography — Framer Website Design & Build

Project Type: Framer Website Design & Development Website: https://coral-thanks-454456.framer.app/

💍 Project Overview

ICC Photography is a wedding and lifestyle photography brand focused on capturing emotional, story-driven moments.
The goal of this project was to create a digital experience that feels elegant, cinematic, and premium, while making it easy for potential clients to explore the portfolio, understand the brand, and make an inquiry.
I designed and developed the website in Framer, handling the visual direction, responsive layouts, interaction design, portfolio structure, and booking experience.
The final site balances large-format photography, restrained typography, subtle motion, and clear navigation, allowing ICC’s work to remain the focal point while giving the brand a more polished and professional online presence.

🧩 My Role

Designed and developed the website from concept to launch in Framer.
Created the page structure and visual hierarchy around ICC’s photography and storytelling.
Designed responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Built subtle scroll animations, hover interactions, and transitions to support the cinematic direction.
Structured wedding galleries into clear portfolio experiences that are easy to browse.
Designed and implemented the inquiry and booking flow to make contacting ICC straightforward.
Maintained consistency across typography, spacing, imagery, and interaction patterns throughout the site.

📸 Portfolio Page — “Our Stories”

The portfolio experience needed to showcase a large amount of photography without making the website feel crowded or difficult to navigate.
To solve this, the galleries were structured around large visual moments, clear spacing, and simple interactions, allowing each wedding story to feel distinct while maintaining a consistent visual rhythm across the site.
Subtle hover states and transitions add context without competing with the photography, while expanded image views allow visitors to focus on individual moments.
The result is a portfolio that feels immersive and editorial, giving potential clients a stronger sense of ICC’s storytelling style rather than simply presenting a collection of images.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 About Page — “Meet ICC”

The About page was designed to make the brand feel more personal and trustworthy before a visitor reaches the inquiry stage.
A balanced combination of portrait photography, brand story, and supporting content introduces the people and philosophy behind ICC without overwhelming the page.
The layout uses generous spacing, clear typography, and subtle motion to keep the experience warm and refined.
A focused credibility section reinforces ICC’s experience and approach, helping potential clients understand not only the work they produce, but also what it feels like to work with them.

⚙️ Technical Highlights

The site was designed and developed in Framer, with a focus on responsive behavior, performance, and smooth interaction.
Key implementation details included:
Responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Framer-based motion and interaction design for smooth transitions.
Optimized image delivery to support a photography-heavy experience.
Structured heading hierarchy, metadata, and image alt text for better SEO foundations.
Interactive portfolio galleries and inquiry forms.
Consistent component and spacing systems to maintain visual quality across pages.
The technical approach was kept intentionally lightweight so the experience could remain visually rich without sacrificing usability.

🌸 Visual Direction

The visual direction was built around timeless romance, editorial photography, and understated luxury.
Soft neutral tones, warm imagery, generous whitespace, and refined typography allow the photography to remain the strongest visual element on every page.
Serif typography adds a more emotional and editorial character to key moments, while cleaner supporting type keeps longer content easy to read.
Motion is used sparingly so the site feels polished and cinematic without distracting from the images.
The overall result is a visual system that feels intimate, premium, and story-led, while still remaining modern and easy to navigate. 🌿 Outcome
The finished website gives ICC a clearer and more cohesive digital presence, bringing its photography, brand story, and inquiry experience together in one polished journey.
The new structure makes the portfolio easier to explore, gives the imagery more room to breathe, and creates a clearer path from discovering the work to contacting the brand.
The result is a website that feels cinematic, professional, and emotionally aligned with the wedding photography experience, while remaining responsive and straightforward to use.
