Furnichurrs is a manufacturer of of luxury furniture. They provide bespoke, as well as ready made luxury furniture for homes and office spaces.

They have been in operation for a year and are looking to expand their business by having a website that introduces them to potential customers as well as help people order for their ready made furniture as displayed on their website.

Create a website for Furnichurrs that helps the business and their users achieve the things detailed in paragraph (2) above.

Timeline: 14days

No access to carpenters to create custom furniture

Lack of time outside of work to go find a carpenter

Not sure if the carpenters they even find can create what they want

Not sure if the carpenters are legit or if they’ll scam them

Create a platform help people order for their ready made furniture as displayed on their website.

The users can search for specific furnitures or order custom made furnitures.

After getting the brief, i did a research on other furniture companies. What they look like, their usability and their flows. Just to get an idea of what the design can look like.

After which i did a research on the potential users of this product and i came up with three different user personas.

After getting my user and competitor research done, i went ahead to draw up a site map, just to map out all the features i wanted to put in the website

After which, i created a style guide for the project.

After creating the style guide, I created the low fidelity wireframes with pencil and pager. Then i went ahead to create the mid fidelity wireframes just to have a general feel of what the website would look like. After which i created the mockups using figma
