This project focused on fixing a common DTC problem: a homepage that looks good but doesn’t convert.
Instead of jumping straight into design, we spent time understanding how users behave, where they drop off, and what actually drives purchase decisions.

Deep CRO research (user behavior, scroll depth, drop-off points, intent mapping)
Conversion-first homepage structure and messaging
High-fidelity Figma prototypes based on insights
Final implementation in Replo for performance and flexibility

A homepage built to guide users, reduce friction, and increase conversion potential — not just “look nice.”
