Happy Bike is a local bike repair shop run by two Bike Mechanics. They wanted a web page that looked modern and minimalistic, yet would be easy to maintain and edit.
The previous site had a DIY feel, with too many call-to-actions, inconsistent layout, and confusing navigation. Although the bike shop received regular bookings, the process could be refined and made even easier.
Their main goal was to allow customers to book appointments, and order bike-related products.
Process
Through close collaboration, we tested and iterated on several design directions. We came up with a design that felt energetic yet friendly and upbeat (Hence the name).
Solution
A bold, modern web page that works on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Simplified call to actions.
Easier navigation.
Revamped product pages that made it easier to convert.
