The Houzez Real Estate Website was crafted to offer a seamless and immersive online experience for potential homebuyers, renters, and real estate agents. This project goes beyond standard website design, blending interaction design and modern aesthetics to captivate users from the moment they land on the homepage. With a user-focused approach, Houzez enables users to explore properties effortlessly, making the property search experience engaging and intuitive.

Our goal was to design a high-converting website that not only highlights the unique properties but also emphasizes usability and visual appeal. Utilizing Figma for prototyping and Adobe Photoshop for high-quality visuals, we created a digital platform that allows Houzez to stand out in the competitive real estate market.

1. Market Research & User Analysis: Studied competitor websites and analyzed user needs to identify gaps and opportunities in the real estate digital experience.

2. Wireframing & Prototyping in Figma: Developed wireframes and interactive prototypes, mapping out the user journey and optimizing key touchpoints.

3. UI Design & Visual Storytelling: Focused on creating a visually cohesive experience using Adobe Photoshop to craft high-quality property visuals that captivate users.

4. Webflow Development & Testing: Translated the design into Webflow, ensuring smooth animations, responsive design, and high performance across devices.
