Kurando, an innovative digital pharmacy, hired me as their interim product lead and project manager for branding and MVP development. After an intensive two-week planning period, followed by a six-week development period, the MVP was launched successfully.
The planning process was based on data-supported analysis of the target group as well as concepts with wireframes. This enabled Kurando to achieve 4-digit daily sales after only a few weeks thanks to a user-friendly and clear ordering system.
The project also included the development of brand communication, logo, and branding to ensure a uniform and expressive external image. I designed and developed the web-based ordering app with Shopify and other standard plug-ins, as well as individually programmed add-ons. I also trained the team to use and manage the web app, and developed an automated order and delivery process for successful order transmission to drivers, partner pharmacies, and dispatchers. Kurando's success is a testament to the value of having an experienced project manager and interim product lead for branding and MVP development. Thanks to my expertise in e-commerce, UI/UX, web design, copywriting, and branding, Kurando was able to launch a successful MVP in record time.
