After-sun products are usually treated as occasional relief, with no coherent role once the immediate discomfort passes. AFTERFORM claims the overlooked period after exposure as a distinct care category. Recovery was structured as Reset, Replenish and Retain, creating one sequence rather than three unrelated products. That principle governs the range architecture, naming, formulas, colour coding, formats, instructions, campaign and ecommerce journey. Every decision helps the customer understand what the body needs next.
