Benzão Café: A Slightly Good concept project
Benzão (Portuguese for “big blessing”) is a bold reimagining of the neighborhood café - where Brazilian warmth meets design-world cool. Think heritage recipes, playlist-worthy vibes, and a visual identity as rich and layered as the coffee.
This concept was developed by Slightly Good as part of a creative brief exploring how cultural authenticity and modern design can collide in the hospitality space. We shaped the brand strategy, built the visual identity, crafted the tone of voice, and designed packaging to bring the vision to life. From color palette and typography to messaging and brand pillars, we created a brand that’s nostalgic but never dated, global but deeply personal.
Benzão is anchored in three core ideas: rooted in tradition, elevated in style, and dripping in cozy charisma. Every detail is designed to make you linger longer (and Insta that pastel de nata). Whether you're here for the cafézinho or the vibe, Benzão serves both, with a wink.
