This Project was made for a customer that sells service solutions to Medical Spas, He decide to optimize his time and effort by getting this lead generation system.

The system works in 3 scenarios "by running the system in shorter scenario, it improves % accuracy and reduce errors in the long run"

SCENARIO 1

The System will go to google maps and extract all the information of businesses that are related to "Medical Spas" on his desire location

SCENARIO 2

The Data arrives and then is filter to understand which information the system needs to keep. In this case are only the ones that has emails. Once it identifies the information that meets this requirement it will update the spreadsheet with the information (this information can vary on the specific needs of each customer)

As you can see, in the spreadsheet it is uploading the business name - url - Phone number - Business Rating - City - Zip Code - Email

SCENARIO 3

After the first information comes to the google spreadsheet, it automatically start sending cold emails to those customers, this emails are created with an email template that the customer specifically designed to trigger the attention of the leads. Once the email is sent, the system will automatically update the status on the spreadsheet, so it can identify which customer is it missing.

Every 15 minutes the system can generate 50 new leads, and if you run it for a full 8hrs day you will end up with getting almost 1,600 leads a day. In this case, based on the customer budget, he decide to run it only once per day, getting for him a full optimize lead generation system that end up getting for him 1,500 leads on a month, but not only getting the leads, also sending the emails right away.
