Defined a style guides, which included brand guidelines, iconography, typography and brand identity

Making sure that the process for UI/UX testing and design using prototypes was an integral part of the product development process. As well as training the Education coaches in conducting user testing. Introduced 2 and 3-day design sprints, with participants from different teams, that helped build and validate product features.
