The goal was to balancing simplicity and functionality to cater to a diverse user base, from daily commuters to tourists. The app needed to provide a seamless experience for scooter discovery, rental, and payment while remaining visually aligned with Onova's brand and accessible for users unfamiliar with electric scooter services. Additionally, it had to be intuitive enough for quick adoption in Milan's fast-paced urban environment.
