Ethical Metalsmiths (annual report)

The purpose of this project was to layout and redesign an annual report from an existing company. The objective of this project was to include the overall performance and financial status of the annual report. The annual report that I chose to redesign was Ethical Metalsmiths, and this annual report needed a little help in having organized and cohesive pages throughout.

The most challenging thing about redesigning an annual report is trying to create a layout that will be able to fit their information while still being able to creatively layout infographics and other design elements. Another challenge that I faced was creating charts/graphs in Illustrator that was one of the struggles I had because it was my first time using the tools in Illustrator. Finding the right font pairings and creating a hierarchy was also one of the difficulties that I encountered. Overall, I am very pleased with the final outcome of this annual report and how well it fits with the brand of the company.
