Omoakin Branding Project - Logo and Stationery Designs

Omoakin is a vibrant African specialty spice brand that celebrates the rich culinary traditions of Africa. The project scope encompassed the creation of a full brand identity that reflects the brand’s dedication to high-quality ingredients, cultural heritage, and exceptional flavor experiences. The key objective was to design a distinctive logo, packaging, and an e-commerce website that embodies Omoakin’s essence and appeals to its diverse audience.

I designed a unique logo that features a lion seamlessly integrated with the map of Africa, adorned with a traditional African print pattern. This design symbolizes strength, pride, and cultural richness. The color palette of brown, green, orange, and yellow was chosen to evoke the natural beauty and vibrancy of the African landscape.

Strategic use of color and traditional patterns was employed to create cohesive and visually striking packaging for Omoakin’s spice blends. Each product variant was carefully differentiated while maintaining a consistent brand appearance, enhancing shelf presence and brand recognition.

To ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, I created a comprehensive brand guideline document. This document details the logo usage, color palette, typography, and design principles, empowering Omoakin to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
