The Challenge: The Passive Content Trap

The legacy Padel Peer site suffered from a "Passive Content" problem. The information architecture was flat, giving equal visual weight to court bookings, WhatsApp groups, and team building. This diluted the primary business goal and created a high cognitive load for users simply trying to find a match.

1. The Anchor: Conversion-Led Landing Page

I re-engineered the landing page to act as a high-velocity sales funnel.
The "Play. Learn. Compete." Carousel: Instead of a cluttered static page, I designed a multi-slide carousel that isolates one core intent at a time. This allows the user to focus exclusively on Booking, Coaching, Social Playing, or Corporate Events without distraction.
High-Intent Messaging: Each slide features a dedicated value proposition—from "Master the Basics" for new players to "Host Your Event" for corporate clients—paired with a singular, high-contrast CTA to drive immediate conversion.
Modernized Brand Narrative: By overhauling the typography and spacing, I moved the brand from a "community bulletin board" look to a premium, high-energy sports club aesthetic.

2. The Ecosystem: Site-Wide Design Continuity

Beyond the home page, I extended the new design system across the entire web presence to ensure a professional, cohesive experience. I restructured the secondary pages to maintain a consistent visual language, ensuring that the brand authority never drops as the user explores deeper.

3. Mobile Responsiveness: The "On-the-Go" Strategy

Recognizing that 70% of court bookings happen on mobile devices, I didn't just "shrink" the desktop site; I designed a responsive ecosystem that adapts across all breakpoints.

The Outcome

This redesign took the existing Padel Peer digital presence and elevated it into a more efficient and visually engaging booking hub. By diagnosing the friction points in the original UI and deploying a focus-driven carousel and responsive design system, I delivered a platform that more effectively supports the club’s community and revenue goals.
