Mocha Bliss is a conceptual branding project that sought to create a visual identity reflecting its artisanal coffee expertise and cozy atmosphere. The goal was to design an identity that would appeal to both regulars and newcomers, establishing the coffee shop as a warm, inviting space.
The logotype and primary typeface were selected for their handwritten feel, evoking the intimacy of a personal note—simple, human, and welcoming. The color palette, featuring shades of orange and brown, was carefully crafted to evoke warmth and an artisanal quality, reinforcing the brand’s cozy, handcrafted vibe.
While the primary typeface provides character, it’s not suitable for all uses, so a secondary sans-serif typeface was chosen to balance the design and maintain readability in standard communications. The monogram pattern, an abstract representation of the brand’s name, is playful and dynamic, underscoring the relaxed and inviting nature of Mocha Bliss.
The brand’s tone of voice is most effectively communicated through its Instagram presence, where vibrant imagery further conveys the warmth and atmosphere of the space, showcasing both the products and the experience Mocha Bliss offers.
