I was MadHive's first design hire and the only designer for the first two years of operations.

I led product and marketing design through multiple initial pivots, built the marketing design team and led special projects product design for six years.

Part of the special projects included blockchain-based software tools for the freight, airline and media industries.

At the time of my departure, MadHive was employing 200 people and was valued at $1B.
