Forms Table UI – Construction Management SaaS Web App

This is a forms table I designed for a construction management platform. It’s built to help teams keep track of everything from safety checks and site inspections to daily reports and timesheets all in one place.

Each row shows the form title, who created it, when it was last updated, and where it applies on site (like roof slab, basement footing, or core wall). It’s clean, easy to filter, and designed to make sense even when you’re juggling 100+ forms across different projects.

The goal was to keep it simple and useful something real teams can rely on, both in the office and out on the job site.
