This case study presents the UI/UX design of a barber shop mobile application focused on simplifying the appointment booking experience. The goal of the app is to help users book barber services quickly while reducing waiting time and improving communication. The app allows users to select services, choose barbers, and book available time slots with ease. Real-time availability ensures smooth scheduling and avoids conflicts. In-app chat enables direct communication between customers and barbers for better coordination. Users can easily cancel or reschedule their bookings anytime. The clean and user-friendly interface provides a smooth booking flow and enhances overall usability. This project highlights my approach to solving real-world problems through intuitive UI and user-centered UX design.
