Created a complelling social media strategy for a local bakery which main pain point was to drive trafic IN his local bakery. As the concept of the shop was more modern and disruptive, compared to traditonal french local bakeries, the goals were:
1 - to raise local awareness (in the neighborhood)
2 - to raise the average spending bill by showcasing the wide variety of products available
3 - to make people come back regularly into the bakery to see the new products, released every day
