The goal
The goal was ambitious: create a brand, website and product system that feels easy, clear, and intuitive, while designing a process that allows websites to be delivered in hours not days.
Nuttifox partnered with Gatsboy to define the strategy, name the product, design the brand identity, and translate that into a functional web app and marketing website, along with the GTM strategy and content required to launch.
This wasn’t just about making something look good.
It was about shipping a full SaaS business.

The Challenge
Since 2018 Gatsboy had been iterating and improving their service to find the best possible solution for small business owner.
The historic challenge for Gatsboy has always been technology. When the company started, the mission was ambitious and ahead of the technology curve that would make such a modal sustainable.
As technology improved, they were quick to explore new avenues that would help small businesses owners do more online for less.
The time had some to relook at the technology and plan the next phase.

Strategy & Positioning
We started with strategy and how we were going to reintroduce Gatsboy to the market. This was a complete redesign and build of the brand, with a new offer. Solving previous misalignments and baking the marketing in from day one.
We evaluated the competitors in the market and used this to reposition Gatsboy with a huge differentiator, where most competitors offered costly subscription lock-ins, slow delivery & outdated technology.
This became the foundation of the positioning.

The Stack
We designed and built the marketing website on Framer and the Software with Lovable / NextJS & Supabase, using custom code to build a unique runtime system that connects the customers website to their Gatsboy portal.
Once the illustrations and video were completed, we used these assets to train an AI Agent on the brand to create the remaining images for each Module.
The new Gatsboy website was built using this software, benefiting from their own modules to manage leads, chats, engagement and more.

The Solution
We started by planning the UX for the software with simple sketches and wireframes, moving straight to building a live prototype with Lovable.
The timeline for the project meant we had to move quickly, there was a lot of work to cover and it was important we balanced the branding work with the development work to ensure both were refined enough to launch.

The Template
Gatsboy delivers a fully-loaded Framer modular template that is powered by their collection of modules. The template has been specially designed for conversions and built with the Gatsboy runtime script.
The template also needed a library of native Framer components that can be quickly added to the canvas to build customer websites in less than 2 hours.
We created a polished design system and precision Framer template that was fast, optimised and designer friendly, that customer would love to use.

The Modules
A large part of the development project was the modules. Each module was like a mini app within the Gatsboy eco-system.
These modules can be activated by Gatsboy customers to unlock power ups for their Framer website, the biggest being the Booking, Live Chat and Forms modules.

The Outcome
Gatsboy launched in early 2026 with a solid brand, attractive offer and a platform that would solve their scalability issues from past technology constraints.
We planned a GTM launch based around a Meta campaign with punchy ads focused on trades businesses in the US. Over the first week we were able to witness 50 demo calls booked and 8 website purchased directly on-site.
Update Feb 26': Gatsboy has since paused the Meta campaign and are building a waitlist of leads in their own Gatsboy dashboard. 🚀
