Corteiz was founded in 2017, by @Clint419 and since then the brand has built nothing but momentum, the chokehold by Corteiz is now infamous.
Last weekend, in a marketing stroke of genius, Clint and his team orchestrated ‘DA GREAT BOLO EXCHANGE’, where thousands of people flocked to Wormwood Scrubs car park in West London to exchange their luxury jackets for Corteiz’ unreleased Bolo puffer jacket.
The stunt has seen quite a bit of criticism on social media with one TikTok user who said: “Some people gave their goose (Canada Goose) and NOCTA for this jacket, when it is coming out in a couple of minutes.”
Results and it was found that £16k worth of jackets including brands such as North Face, Arcteryx, and Supreme which were all given to the homeless in collaboration with St Lawrence’s Larder.
However, Clint did not allow exchanges of other UK brands such as Places + faces.
It can only be expected that the unreleased Bolo jacket’s stock has risen exponentially after the Robin Hood-esque stunt, last Saturday.
