🧩 The Problem

Loop was investing time in writing value-packed weekly newsletters, but the impact ended in subscribers’ inboxes. They wanted to:
Repurpose newsletters into SEO blogs, social posts, and LinkedIn content
Maintain a consistent posting cadence across channels
Track reach and repurpose content without adding more headcount
But the team was already stretched and no one had time to do this manually every week.

⚙️ The System I Built

I designed a fully automated AI-powered content engine, triggered every time a new newsletter was published.

Trigger & Input Capture
Newsletter (from MailerLite) auto-forwarded to a dedicated Zapier email parser
Raw content parsed and sent to a Make.com webhook
Content Summarization & Format Conversion
Raw newsletter content sent to OpenAI’s GPT-4o API via Make
Outputs generated:
✍️ 800-word blog post (Markdown)
🧵 10-tweet Twitter/X thread
💼 LinkedIn post tailored for professional tone
Publishing Automations
Blog post sent to Ghost CMS draft (with tags and SEO description via AI)
Tweet thread posted via Typefully
LinkedIn post published via Buffer
Internal Notifications & Logs
Slack message sent to #marketing-updates with links to all new content
Google Sheet updated with:
Newsletter title
Blog URL, Twitter/X link, LinkedIn post link
Word count & AI confidence score (if applicable)
Timestamp and post status
