AFTER TASTE is an independent editorial project exploring food beyond recipes and restaurants, through people, objects, spaces, rituals and the traces left after a meal. Built as a photography-led publication, the journal moves between intimate observations and bold visual stories, using food as a way to talk about culture, design and everyday life.

Rather than documenting the perfect meal, AFTER TASTE is interested in what surrounds it — half-finished glasses, stained tablecloths, handwritten receipts, conversations and objects left behind. These overlooked details became the editorial lens for the publication, giving ordinary dining moments a new visual significance and turning the aftermath itself into part of the story.

AFTER TASTE became a flexible editorial world where photography, typography and physical details can move between refinement and imperfection. Instead of presenting food as a finished image, the journal looks at everything that remains around it — creating a publication that feels as much about people, memory and culture as it does about what we eat.
