Whitepaper for Fertility-Focused Startup

Amanda Lien

Overview ๐Ÿ”Ž

I was engaged to craft this whitepaper for Frame Fertility, an evidence-based family building and health coaching platform.

Problem & Solution ๐Ÿค

Frame had surveyed respondents age 18-44 to gauge their understanding of family planning and support and wanted those results turned into a white paper that accurately and adequately conveyed the state of family planning in the USA
The aim of this whitepaper was twofold: drive conversion to an email list and establish thought leadership in the space for future media and PR efforts

Process ๐Ÿ›ฃ

After reviewing the data from the survey, I leveraged my past life as a journalist to synthesize the information that would be most important to Frame's target audiences.
I then focused on relevant statistics and crafted a narrative around each one, outlining why these numbers were of note and summarizing what this data can tell readers about the state of fertility in the USA.
I ended the whitepaper with key takeaways for the three core audiences, ensuring that the key points from throughout the content were restated to form a strong and relevant conclusion.

Results ๐ŸŽ

Frame has received media requests as a result of the content of this whitepaper, and has seen steady growth in their email funnel due to downloads. More importantly, the team felt that I not only adequately summarized the content of the survey, but that I did so in a way that was engaging, understandable, and accessible to even a lay audience!
