Once we find our hidden audience we then move on to step 2 which is OMNIPRESENCE CHANNELS
Now the omnipresence marketing channels allows us to target our hidden audience, they allow us to create an omnipresence effect with the motivated sellers that you are targeting.
The omnipresence effect makes the seller feel like you are the only option to sell their house to whenever your marketing message is in front of them. At the right time they believe you are the authority, that you are the top person to sell their house to.
Therefore whenever they think of selling their property they only think of selling it to you. This is the effect we are looking to achieve with the omnipresence marketing channels.
We want them to feel like you are the only person because your marketing message is always in front of them all the time.
That is the effect we create when we utilize multiple marketing channels to create an omnipresence effect.
Now once we have step 1&2 in place we are gonna need step 3 in place as well. Which is the
The precision metrics are what allows us to create the consistency within our deal flow. If we do not have the precision metrics in place , if we do not know the numbers and metrics that we need to be hitting in the hidden audience and omnipresence channels on a consistent basis.
