In early 2025, I led the branding for Property X, including the creation of its brand manual. Property X is a platform designed to make property ownership more accessible by eliminating traditional barriers like deposits and high monthly instalments. I was responsible for translating the platform’s unique investment model—where users buy property shares or units that earn returns from development profits into a clear, consistent visual identity. This included defining the brand’s tone, look and feel, and design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
