SOLUS is a single-player psychological thriller game produced by Wichita State University's Shocker Studios. You play as an engineer, named Cyrus, who works on the Astraeus space station. Your job is to reactivate the station to prepare for the new crew arriving and turn on important functions.
My role in the project was Lead Composer. Working in Cakewalk and Adobe Audition, the original soundtrack to the game was brought to life by yours truly. With themes of tension, spatial ambience, and isolation, the soundscapes featured in the game are designed to make players feel the weight of their situation (or lack thereof in zero-gravity).
