Every year, the Vietnamese Student Association (VSA) at Augustana College will host their annual event — Viet Fest — to introduce Vietnamese culture to our campus.

Vietnam is well-known for its iconic dish, which is Pho—a flavorful beef rice noodle soup. However, Vietnam's culinary richness extends far beyond that dish. Our gastronomy boasts a vibrant diversity, particularly in the realm of street food. Therefore, in this festival, we want to introduce our culture by showcasing the diverse array of Vietnamese street food.

I collaborated with the Communication team to brainstorm ideas for our event. We started with our menu. Then, we play with the process of translating the dish from Vietnamese to English.
