Casa: a property buyers walk through in 3D

The problem
A property listing is a carousel of photos. Buyers can't picture the layout or how the rooms connect until they visit.
What I built
A 3D model of the home that the buyer can turn, built from the floor plan. Then a walk room by room, with the photos, the plan and the details that sell the property.
Stack
Three.js, TypeScript, GSAP and Astro. A lighter version for older phones.
Scope
One property. Rooms, photos, texts and prices are all editable, so an agency can reuse it for each listing.
Honest note
