Mel Do Mar is an ode to latin american culture, to it's diversity, it's magic and it's power. It's ethereal, sophisticated, colorful and exuberant.

We celebrate the beauty of the enchanting landscapes that surround us: the crystalline waters, the rich flavors, the explosion of life and vibrant colors present in every corner of Latin America. The magical realism lies deep in our essence. Like drops of water resting on the skin under the summer sun, Mel do Mar seeks to shine a light on the hidden treasures of Latin American design, championing artisanship and embodying the essence of the latin soul.

Mel Do Mar literally translates to the "honey of the sea". The main logo and the adaptations are a constant reference to the movement, the joy that we found on the flowing, and the joy that we found in the sunshine. From the typography choices to the illustrations and layouts, it all conveys in a magic and surreal look and feel, sophisticated and unique. The color palette is deeply inspired in the latin american rainforests and beaches, full of life, rich and exuberant, everything is telling a story and we need to listen to it all.
