Designed and wrote a 4-email onboarding sequence in Kit (ConvertKit) for Freelux, my own course teaching Brazilian designers how to freelance internationally. The flow welcomes new students, guides them through their first action (creating a Figma ID Card template), helps them start prospecting international clients, and addresses the #1 objection — English fluency.
Results: 943 emails sent per campaign, 10.7% average open rate, and a 4.5% click rate on the welcome email — with only 11 unsubscribes across 932 active subscribers.
Design used a consistent dark navy identity with bold emoji-led headers, keeping a friendly, mentor-like tone that matched the course's voice throughout the sequence.
