Burnout is real, and it's something we've all felt at one point or another. So, how can we avoid burnout? I have a few tips for you ♨️
1. Know your breaking point ✅
Check in with yourself. Notice how your body feels leading up to burnout. Everyone is different, but common signs are feeling fatigue, anxiety, or depression.
2. Schedule free time 🌟
You + your mental health come before your work. Make sure you schedule time for you! Block out part of your day to relax, rest, and reset.
3. Exercise and practice mindfulness 🧘♀️
Your physical and mental health are interconnected more than we know! Make sure self-care is at the top of your to-do list.
4. Take notes of what drains you 😴
Are there parts of your day that deplete your energy? Make note of them! Try to take these out of your routine as much as you can. These things might be what are burning you out!
5. Take notes of what brings you joy 😁
What makes you happy? What brings you life? Give these a higher priority. This is what will stop burnout in its tracks!
