Project summary
We built AKA Cairo’s public website from Figma designs into a fast, visually-driven portfolio site to showcase the agency’s brand work, campaigns and content in a bold, modern gallery format. The site’s goal was to let the creative work speak — large images, tight typography, and minimal chrome — while keeping navigation and contact frictionless for prospective clients.
Objectives
Present case studies and campaign imagery at large scale with minimal UI friction.
Maintain visual parity with the Figma comps across breakpoints and retina displays.
Provide an easy editorial workflow for adding projects (images, captions, role list).
Keep the experience performant and accessible with progressive image loading and semantic HTML.
What I delivered
Pixel-accurate build from Figma to production (responsive HTML/CSS, componentized templates for projects).
Image gallery / case-study templates that scale from full-bleed hero to multi-image grids.
CMS-friendly structure (collection for projects, fields for client, services, hero images, gallery).
Lightweight animation system for entrance transitions and hover micro-interactions.
Contact/lead capture CTA wired into a single, clear endpoint.
