Introduction
We created an all-in-one CRM that transformed how Wealth managers manage their leads and their investment across multiple platforms. By automating the manual processes, investment via many modes, communications, enhancing client experience through centralized portfolio management, we helped wealth managers save upto 30 hours per week.
They really blew me away with how they took the vision I had in my head and brought it to life on the platform. Plus, their communication was just top-notch - via flowcharts and graphs.

Client Requirement
Wealth managers struggle to manage leads and portfolios from different platforms. They need one platform to handle all leads, their client investments and communications in one place and a fully digital system to engage smoothly with clients and vendors.

The Process
The project starts with brainstorming the problem statement with the Head of Wealth Manager Partnership. After mapping out their current processes, we built automations that improved client engagement. The result was a user-friendly SaaS that simplified managing both vendors and clients.
1. User Research
Through user research and collaborative discovery sessions, we identified the core functionalities for the initial version of the tool. We worked hand-in-hand with the client to develop concepts that truly met the needs of wealth managers.
2. API study of other apps
Given the need to connect with multiple third-party apps, we carefully studied APIs of 3rd party investment apps. We did it via a detailed process, flow charts and constructed a universal API for this app that allowed seamless integration with other investment tools.
3. Robust Database Modeling
We built data models ensuring scalability and efficiency. We designed a database to ensure the system could onboard new client and product types without much hassle.
Features In Detail
In just 3 months, we built a complete SaaS tool on Bubble with CRM, user-friendly admin dashboard, analytics, automations and tools for client onboarding and engagement.
1. Pipeline and lead management
Initially clients and investment opportunities from multiple sources are maintained in excel format and most of the operations are repetitive and time consuming. Now with our platform ever leads and opportunities are managed under one roof.
2. Universal API systems
We have developed an Universal API system which is scalable and can be integrated with any investment tech apps easily. TAT reduced from 2 weeks to 5 days for each integration.
3. Easy onboarding via link
Wealth managers onboard their clients by generating unique links which automates assigning the client, calculating referral rewards for respective wealth managers.
4. Analytics dashboard
We have a 360 degree dashboard which provides insights on month on month client onboarding ratio, insights on investments made and helps tracking the clients portfolio.
5. E-Document Sign by clients
A unique feature where wealth managers scrutinize investment opportunities and complete all the investment process and send an E-sign link to clients. Once the E-sign process completes the investment is made which saves more clients time.
6. Client communications Hub
For each and every investment updates such as successful investments, maturity dates, Alerts will be automatic via SMS or Whatsapp or Email based on criticality
