Book Browser

This is a website which allows you to look up and compare book prices from multiple online bookstores at once, in one tab. When you enter a search query, it repeats that query on major online bookstores, scrapes the results and sends it back to you, sorted by price.

This project uses React for the user interface, and Node.js for the backend. In order to scrape data from online bookstores, this project uses the Cheerio Node.js library. Express was used to create an API, and axios for making requests and receiving responses.

The final product is hosted on Vercel, at https://book-browser-delta.vercel.app
