Client: Personal development coach and program creator (US-based)

Scope: End-to-end build from initial concept through launch, covering website, CMS, marketing automation, and payments as one connected system rather than separate handoffs.

Brief: Client needed a full digital foundation for a signature coaching methodology, replacing scattered or absent tools with a single system built to attract leads, nurture them, and convert them into paying program participants.

Framer — Custom website designed and developed from scratch, structured around the client's specific coaching methodology and program offering, built to move visitors toward enrollment.

Framer CMS — Dynamic content structure set up so the client can manage program updates, resources, and content without touching code.

GoHighLevel — Automation layer connected to the site for lead capture, nurture sequences, and pipeline management, so leads generated on the site flow directly into a managed follow-up system.

Stripe — Payment processing integrated for program enrollment, connected end-to-end with the site and automation so a signup converts directly into a paid transaction without manual handling.

Process: Owned the full lifecycle from concept and design through build, integration, and client UAT. Worked through review rounds directly with the client to align the system with her methodology before signoff.

Outcome: Full system passed UAT and is approved for launch, taking the client from no unified digital presence to a connected website, content system, automation pipeline, and payment flow. Ongoing retainer conversation in progress for continued support, reflecting client confidence in extending the engagement past the initial build.
