Users can now: • Search roles instantly • Filter by category (Operations, Marketing, Sales, etc.) • See live role counts • Click directly into role pages All powered by Webflow CMS + custom JS. They can now scale to 50–100 role pages without creating a messy UX. Instead of dumping dozens of pages into navigation, everything is discoverable through search and filters.
