Overview

HomeX is a subscription-based home care platform that helps homeowners simplify property maintenance through one predictable monthly plan. Instead of coordinating multiple service providers for cleaning, repairs, servicing, and inspections, customers subscribe once and receive scheduled maintenance throughout the year.
The objective was to create a premium digital experience that communicates trust, simplifies plan selection, and encourages subscription through a clean, conversion-focused interface.

The Challenge

Managing home maintenance is often fragmented and time-consuming. Users need to coordinate different providers, compare pricing, and remember recurring maintenance schedules.
The website needed to:
• Clearly communicate the subscription model
• Build trust immediately
• Simplify pricing decisions
• Make the service feel premium
• Deliver a seamless experience across desktop and mobile

The Design System

The visual language was designed around simplicity, trust, and consistency. A restrained palette of deep neutrals paired with vibrant purple accents creates a modern identity while reinforcing the platform's technology-first positioning.
A consistent typography scale, reusable interface components, and structured spacing system ensure a cohesive experience across every touchpoint.

Homepage Experience

The homepage introduces the platform with a clear value proposition, strong visual hierarchy, and focused calls to action. Information is progressively revealed, allowing visitors to understand the service without feeling overwhelmed.
Every section was structured to reduce cognitive load while guiding users naturally toward subscription.

Coverage Experience

One of the biggest challenges was helping users quickly understand what their subscription includes.
Instead of presenting long paragraphs, each service is represented as a simple, scannable card with consistent iconography and spacing, making the overall offering easier to digest at a glance.

Price Strategy

Pricing was designed for quick comparison and confident decision-making.
The most recommended plan receives additional visual emphasis, helping users identify the preferred option while still allowing them to compare alternatives effortlessly.
The layout minimizes friction and supports faster purchasing decisions.

Mobile Experience

The interface was optimized to maintain clarity and usability across smaller screens without sacrificing functionality.
Navigation, typography, and interactive elements were carefully adapted to provide a seamless browsing experience regardless of device.

Building Trust

Trust plays a critical role in subscription services.
