A redesign of the Public Transport Victoria app built around one core concept — personalisation. Rather than presenting every user with the same information-heavy homepage, the redesign introduces a widget-based system that lets users choose what they see.
Delivered as a full prototype including a replica of the existing app built for comparison, redesigned screens, and a widget customisation flow.
