Client Overview: Acupuncture Wellness Services is a health-focused clinic based in Smithtown, NY, offering integrative care including acupuncture and personalized wellness programs. With a growing patient base, the clinic sought to enhance its digital presence by promoting exclusive access to professional-grade supplements through Fullscript.
Objective: The goal was to design a compelling social media post to raise awareness about the clinic’s partnership with Fullscript, emphasizing the added value patients receive—10% off their purchases—when ordering supplements online. The visual needed to reflect professionalism, trust, and health-conscious care while aligning with the brand’s identity.
Design Strategy: The creative direction focused on clean, modern aesthetics and approachable professionalism. Key design elements included:
Visual Hierarchy: The headline “Gain Access to Professional-Only Brands” was highlighted in bold typography with a warm, inviting accent color to draw attention immediately.
Brand Consistency: The logo, color palette (deep plum and golden accents), and typography were selected to match existing brand materials, reinforcing recognition and trust.
Human Element: A smiling healthcare professional with a stethoscope was prominently featured to humanize the message and convey credibility.
Information Architecture: The message was kept concise and benefit-driven, with a clear call-to-action directing viewers to Fullscript.
Footer Design: Clinic location, contact details, and website URL were neatly placed in the footer to support follow-through from viewers.
Result: The final post served as a high-quality, brand-consistent visual for use on Instagram and Facebook. Early engagement showed positive interaction rates, with patients commenting on the ease of ordering and appreciation for the discount. The post effectively communicated the clinic's expanded value offerings, supporting both client retention and brand loyalty.

Collaboration with the clinic’s marketing team for copy and compliance approval
Conclusion: This project demonstrated how strategic design can enhance patient engagement and reinforce service value.
